President
Greg is currently an Electrical Engineering professor at Kennesaw State University and runs network engineering consulting firm. He has had a career as a network engineering executive for global cellular companies moving to Atlanta from Wisconsin/Chicago areas. As a violist, he has a been a member since 2013. Locally, he also plays with Georgia Symphony and other gigs. While in Wisconsin, Greg studied with Matt Michelic of Lawrence University while playing viola with: Manitowoc Symphony, Green Bay Symphony, Green Bay Civic Symphony, Oshkosh Symphony, Pamiro Opera, numerous shows and quartets in northeast WI, Chicago Civic Orchestra, and the University of Illinois - Champaign Symphony. Other musical past pursuits include being a guitarist in a WI area bar band named Severance Package.


Soleil Robichaud

Violist Soleil Robichaud is an international marketing expert who sets the UPS rates you probably use. A graduate of UGA Terry College of Business, she played viola through her time at UGA in the University Philharmonia Orchestra. She is fluent in German and lives in Alpharetta, GA.

Leslie Ann Dunn
Secretary
Leslie Ann Dunn is a 5th generation Atlantan, has been in the horn section of the Georgia Philharmonic since 1993. She started studying horn at age nine. After studying for years with Brice Andrus, former principal horn of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, she won principal horn of the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra, DeKalb Youth Symphony and both Georgia's All-State Band and All State Orchestra in consecutive years. She studied music performance on scholarship at Converse College and earned a BA in French Horn performance from William & Mary, where she was a soloist and concert performer. She attended Brevard Music Center, Georgia’s Governors Honors Program, Suwanee Summer Music Center for 5 summers, and played under the baton of Keith Lockhart, Dale Clevenger, Jere Flint, Henry Janiec and Robert Shaw as well as countless others.
Playing professionally since the age of 15, Leslie Ann has played with the Gwinnett Symphony Orchestra, Alpharetta Symphony Orchestra, DeKalb Symphony Orchestra, Cobb Symphony, Gainesville Symphony, Atlanta Chamber Orchestra with the Atlanta Boy Choir, Atlanta Community Orchestra, the Spartanburg Symphony the Norfolk Symphony, Georgia State Symphony Orchestra, the Fayetteville Pops, and the specimen orchestra for the International Conductors Workshop and Competition.
Leslie Ann also has a JD from Pepperdine University School of Law and is a licensed attorney in Georgia, Florida, California and North Carolina. She also has a M.B.A. and a M.S. in Criminal Justice and has a passion for IP law, including copyrights and trademarks. She is an online instructor of business for Georgia State University - Perimeter College. When not playing duets with her husband, Leslie Ann enjoys traveling and collecting different horns (including natural horns and an authentic alphorn) as well as cruising and taking her adult kids to Disney.

Lisa Mahoney
Corresponding Secretary
Lisa Mahoney was a winner of the Yamaha Young Artist Competition. She completed degrees in Flute Performance and Music Education at Ball State University where she was a student of Paul Boyer. She received the Master of Music from the University of Notre Dame, where she studied with Mark Thomas. Ms. Mahoney continued post-graduate studies at DePaul University where she studied with Donald Peck, principal flutist of the Chicago Symphony.
She has performed with the Firefly Festival Orchestra, South Bend Symphony, Notre Dame Chamber Trio, Armstrong Flute Corporation Flute Quartet, and toured with The Consort for Old and New Music. Ms. Mahoney has performed with the National Flute Association Professional Flute Choir and the Silver Winds (Colorado Flute Orchestra). She has performed on master classes with James Galway, Jean Pierre Rampal, Donald Peck, Julius Baker, and Peter Lloyd. Ms. Mahoney was formerly on the faculties of Notre Dame and St. Mary’s Colleges. She also performs with the Dekalb Symphony, Georgia Philharmonic Orchestra and the Flute Choir of Atlanta. She maintains an active private studio in Marietta.

BARBARAANN BONGIOVANNI
Concerto Competition Chair
Barbaraann Bongiovanni, originally from Rochester, New York, is a clarinet teacher and a clarinetist/bass clarinetist in Marietta, Georgia. She has a Masters in Music from Bowling Green University (OH) and a Bachelor of Music from DePaul University (IL) where she studied with J. Lawrie Bloom from the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. She later studied abroad at the Bern Conservatory of Music in Switzerland. Barbaraann currently teaches at Atlanta International School as well as privately in her home in Marietta. She has performed in various orchestras, and chamber groups in Chicago, Illinois, Arizona, Ohio, and the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra in Rochester, New York.

Jake Hood
Artistic Committee Chair & String Representative
Conductor and music educator Jacob Hood is the Director of Orchestras at Alpharetta High School in Fulton County, Georgia. From 2017 to 2022, Mr. Hood was Co-Director of Orchestras at Collins Hill High School in Suwanee, GA. Both orchestras have consistently received superior ratings at adjudications, while Collins Hill performed at the Georgia Music Educators conference, and the CHHS public performances have become a staple of the Lawrenceville/Suwanee communities.
While an undergraduate student, Mr. Hood performed as a cellist with the University of Georgia Symphony Orchestra. He performed dozens of concerts and recitals as a soloist and chamber musician, including more than 50 premiere performances in UGA's Dancz Center for New Music. In addition to his instrumental performance, he sang as a member of three different choral organizations at UGA and taught for four years in the UGA String Project in the Athens-Clarke County school system.
Currently, he performs in the cello section of the Georgia Philharmonic Orchestra, and maintains a small private studio of young cellists in his home.
Mr. Hood earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree in 2016 from the University of Georgia, where he studied cello with David Starkweather. In 2022, he earned his Master of Music degree in orchestral conducting at Messiah University, where he studied conducting with Timothy Dixon.
Mr. Hood is married and lives with his family in Suwanee, GA. He believes garlic bread should be a food group, adores/requires cold brew coffee, and loves attempting long walks on the beach with his fourteen-pound cat, Lord Tubbington, and Australian Shepherd puppy, Sir Otis.

Diane Hargreaves
Wind, Brass, & Percussion Representative
Diane Hargreaves received BM and MM degrees in clarinet performance from the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. In addition to being principal clarinet with the Georgia Philharmonic, she is also principal clarinet with the Rome Symphony and Gwinnett Symphony Orchestras. Other groups she has performed with include the Atlanta Wind Symphony, DeKalb Symphony Orchestra, and the Tehran Symphony in Tehran, Iran. An avid chamber musician, she has played in numerous woodwind quintets and chamber groups, and currently performs with the Dolce Chamber Orchestra and the Gwinnett Symphony Woodwind Quintet.
