Dwight Klappich, Principal
Dwight Klappich is a Vice President and research analyst focusing on enterprise business and
supply chain management systems. Mr. Klappich grew up in the Boston area and attended the
University of Massachusetts where he studied business with a unofficial minor in music.
He began playing trombone in fourth grade and has continued ever
since. During high school he was inspired to continue his pursuit of the trombone by
the popularity of brass-heavy rock bands like Blood Sweat & Tears and Chicago.
Since then, Mr. Klappich has played trombone in
a wide variety of musical ensembles covering, jazz, pop, brass, musical theater and
classical. During college he developed a particular appreciation for classical and
symphonic music and has since played in numerous symphonic orchestras in Atlanta,
Rochester, and Boston. Before moving to Atlanta, Mr. Klappich lived in
Rochester New York and played in the Pennfield Symphony. Before that, he played
extensively around the Boston area. For 17 years he was principal trombone with
the Concord Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Dick Pitman. Now living in
Atlanta with his family, Mr. Klappich continues his love of music by playing in the Georgia
Philharmonic and other music ensembles around metro Atlanta.
